We are navigating unprecedented times due to an escalating global trade conflict. In addition to 25% tariffs on key materials such as steel and aluminum, there have been additional 54% tariffs on Chinese imports and other global reciprocal tariffs. Although a meaningful portion of our products are manufactured in the US, there are still factors that are creating immediate financial exposure to our industry, such as our global sourcing footprint and the fact that some of our products and raw materials are imported from other countries.
Response
To support our customers, ABG has absorbed the cost of tariffs to date. We have utilized all tools at our disposal to mitigate the tariff exposure, but pass-through pricing adjustments are now necessary, effective April 21, 2025.

*Canadian-made products are not impacted by this tariff recovery action; however, they are under evaluation if future tariff actions are necessary.

Key Dates
April 7, 2025: New Net Pricing will be communicated to you through your sales rep. Maidstone Digital Pricing File (DPF) is available to download by clicking on the button below.
April 20, 2025: 5:00 pmEST. is the last day to purchase impacted products at current pricing.
April 21, 2025: New pricing, including tariffs, applies to all impacted, internationally imported products.
Key Clarifying Items
The price of all orders placed before 5:00 pm EST. on April 20 will be honored.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not follow a typical buying pattern.
Where applicable, adjustments will be made to rebates to exclude the tariff to maintain the original rebate tiers.
